Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit urmadigital.md or contact Urma Digital, why it is processed, and what rights you have. It follows Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova and, for visitors from the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Garila Ivan, a natural person operating under the name Urma Digital, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. For any question or request about your personal data, write to urmadigital2@gmail.com or call +373 79 45 49 43 or +373 76 06 59 54.
2. What data we process
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records the technical data needed to deliver it securely — IP address, browser type, date and time of the request and the page requested. We do not use this data to identify you. There is no contact form on this website. If you write to us on Telegram, by email or by phone, we receive only what you choose to share, such as your name or username, contact details and the content of your message. Please do not send us sensitive data (health, religion, political views, etc.).
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
To deliver the website and keep it secure — our legitimate interest in a working, protected site. To reply to your message and prepare an offer — steps you asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering requests you start. To carry out a project and issue invoices — performance of the contract and our legal obligations (accounting and tax). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Contacting us via Telegram
The "Telegram" buttons open a chat with our account @ivan_urma and pre-fill a short message. Nothing is sent until you press "Send" yourself. Telegram processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (telegram.org/privacy). We see only the messages you send us and the profile details your Telegram privacy settings make visible.
5. Who receives the data
We use a small number of service providers: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting), Google (email, if you write to us at our Gmail address) and Telegram (messaging). They process data only to provide their service. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers, and we disclose it to public authorities only when the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers store or process data outside the Republic of Moldova, for example in the USA or the EU. Where the law requires it, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. How long we keep it
Messages about an inquiry that does not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact and then deleted. Contract, project and invoicing data are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require. Server logs are kept only for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
8. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The language is chosen through the page address (for example /ru/ or /en/); nothing is stored on your device. The site uses the fonts already installed on your device and loads no third-party fonts or trackers.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing (including processing based on our legitimate interest), to data portability, and to withdraw any consent at any time. Write to urmadigital2@gmail.com — we reply within one month. You may also file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md) or, if you live in the EU/EEA, with your local data protection authority.
10. Automated decisions and minors
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling. Our services are intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly process data of children under 18.
11. Security
The website is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to your messages to the people who handle your request. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
